CVSS says "Thank you for the music"
The Watford Accordion Band – Harlequin Centre – Watford
Saturday 30th November 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Please come along and support this event. The Watford Accordion Band are performing live in the Harlequin and we are collecting for our funds. Enjoy the music and meet up with a few friends!
No need to let us know if you're coming, just join in.
Launched and ready to go
It was the hottest day of the year - at BLYM the temperature reached 26ºC - but the team remained cool as cucumbers and got the job done! As you can see is wasn't ALL work.
A big thank you to those volunteers who came along and sorted things out.
Aquadrome Electronic Gate Cards
Three Rivers District Council have electronic controls to the gate adjacent to the main Aquadrome car park. Access cards can be issued to those who need to bring a car into the Aquadrome for access to BLYM.
Members routinely eligible to apply for a card are those who are:
- Holders of a blue badge parking disc
- BLYM Wardens, Officers and Instructors holding a Blue Key
- Group leaders who operate their activities independently of BLYM
- Berth holders needing access to the boat park
Those who wish to apply for a card are asked to download the Aquadrome Electronic Gate Card Request Form (link below) and e-mail a completed and saved copy to David Harris (CVSS Chair). Please do not approach TRDC or BLYM directly as all cards will be issued through David.
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer every member vehicle access into the Aquadrome. Car parking at BLYM is limited and TRDC request those who do not need to drive in to use the free Aquadrome car park so as to minimise vehicle movements through the pedestrian area of the park. We thank you for your understanding.
